TriStar Home Mortgage was founded in July, 2004. We are located at 125 North Church Street, just off the square in downtown Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We operate as a small business. Our staff includes four originators and two processors. This gives us our signature friendly, family atmosphere. Our door is open to anyone who is interested in purchasing or refinancing a home. We offer a convenient location and flexible hours for our customers.

There are many advantages of being a broker. Low overhead, multiple investors, and a multitude of loan types, are just a few of these advantages. We also have many of the same qualities as a mortgage lender. Since most of our loans are underwritten in Murfreesboro, we are able to offer quick turn-around, and quality service to our clients. This unique mixture of a broker/lender gives us the ability to offer our clients lower rates, lower costs, and quality service.
